Ohio Law Requires license be renewed between December 1 and January 31 each year.
Lakewood Dog Park rules require all dogs to be licensed as well.

If your dog is spayed or neutered the 2012 dog license fee is $16.00. If dog is unaltered the fee is $20.00. After January 31,2012 - those fees double.
