Violations of any of the Dog Park Rules is considered a criminal offense under Lakewood Code. If you see anyone breaking ANY of the rules posted at the park, please call the Lakewood Police at:

Please collect as much information as you can including the license plate number of the owner the complaint is about. Other information you should collect if you can includes:

• License plate number and car description
• The owner's name and description
• The owner's address
• The dog's name
• The breed or description of dog
• The date and time of the infraction, problem, or incident
• A description of the problem
• Any other useful information
